- Academic Enrichment
YEBT, is dedicated to enhancing students academically from Pre-K through 12th Grade. We use several strategies to get maximum results from our students. Hands on Programs, technology assisted instruction, and One 2 One Mastery are just a few of the strategies implemented that have proven successful for our students.
- Counseling
Our counseling component is designed to meet the needs of middle and high school students who face tough issues. YEBT, has an expert team with over 20 years of youth counseling experience. Career goals, abstinence, academic expectations, are just a few of the issues that will be discussed. YEBT envisions a monthly teen forum where these issues can be discussed openly.
-Cultural Arts
The cultural arts component is designed to offer students an opportunity to receive cultural exposure in a variety of different ways, Music, museums, arts, culinary, etc. will be a staple in the YEBT program. Students will be allowed to attend these events, while developing their own artistic talents.
- Mentoring
YEBT, provides students with positive males and females who give phone, email, and personal time to students. We place mentors with students with similar interest so both the mentor, and students get the maximum experience.
- Sports Camps
YEBT sports camps have a basic philosophy. The two F's Fun and Fundamentals. This simple philosophy has our students prepared in basic fundamentals of basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, wrestling, track, and baseball. We use the finest coaches, former college/pro players, and sometimes current players to assist in our camps. These camps are available for groups and individuals.
- Health and Wellness
YEBT is committed to creating healthy habits for young people. What to eat? Fighting childhood obesity. The effects of too much sugar. These are just a few of the issues that we address in our health and wellness component.
- Referee Training
YEBT's Referee Training was created to give young people ages 16 - 21 an opportunity to become an official. Basketball and Football training will be available (Time and Location TBA). Once training is complete and trainee becomes 18 with a high school diploma he/she is eligible to become an official for the state. State certified instructors will teach basic referee mechanics and rules interpretation.
